But I digress, you're here for the discount, aren't you? Perhaps you've been following us for a bit now, stalking, waiting for that pesky price to lower its guard. Mayhaps it's your first time hearing of Bossgard?
Please, sit down as I tell you the story of Bossgard, a story of 10 Vikings who set off to defeat 6 ridiculously powerful and outright ridiculous monsters.
It's a story of friends who gathered into parties of up to 5 players, where each player embodied a different Norse hero, with unique powers and abilities.
It's a story of terrible titans, also controlled by the players themselves. But not any titans, no. I'm speaking of cyclopean toast, gargantuan plungers and murder robo-pigs. No-one has ever seen the likes of these monsters, for they exist solely in the realm of Bossgard.
A tale of 2v1, 3v1, 4v1 and 5v1 battles, where heroes worked together to bring down the Boss using all manners of powers, pets, turrets and even Undead minions!
People asked questions! Questions like "Can I play this game online?", to which I would answer "Of course!". Some would say "But what if I don't have friends? Can I still play?", to which again I would reply "My dear fellow, of course, we have Bots ready to take you on!"
There are those who would even wonder "Can I play the Boss?". "You sure can" I'd answer with haste. "Both the Vikings and the Bosses are player-controlled".
It's also a story of bloodshed among brothers, terrible Viking vs Viking battles, where players would be split into 2 teams or better yet, each Viking for themsevles in Free-for-All matchups!
So you see, visitor, this is a long story which would surely take up, perhaps, too much of your precious time. To that I say, better you play the game yourself, and better yet, bring friends, for the battles of Bossgard are many and perilous.
