- The Outcasts decided to spread pirate influence and seize territories of the Empire and the Union.
- Most settlements of the outcasts are shown on the mini-map and in the Navigation system.
- Some settlements can be destroyed by the Mk2 ships, while others require you to have several ships of the 200 series.
