Test out the MG-42 and New Tanks in the Rising Storm Beta

In just a few minutes the "Rising Storm Beta" application will be updated to the latest beta build of the game! Featuring bug fixes, some community feature requests, and the new vehicles and weapon!

We will be opening up our server tomorrow to host the first outside the office test so stay tuned for an event announcement with the exact time!

PSA:

As a heads up for those who already installed the beta. Until just now the beta was using the live games Config files. To address this problem please do the following (we are updating this in the beta but for those who already ran it you will need to do this by hand or delete your config files).

Navigate to your Rising Storm Beta install directory and drill into ROGame/Config. It should look something like this: D:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Rising Storm Beta\ROGame\Config. Once there open up the DefaultEngine.ini file and search for the following section:

MyDocumentsSubDirName=

And make it look like this:

MyDocumentsSubDirName=Rising Storm Beta

Then save the folder. The next time you launch the game it should use the right directory.
