2020 Steam Award Nominations Open
Steam's annual awards are nearly here! If you've been enjoying F1® 2020, we'd love to you nominate us for 'Game of the Year', or choose another of the categories you'd like to nominate F1® 2020 for.
We've loved hearing your stories about F1® 2020, whether that's creating your own F1® teams, taking them from debut season to championship winners, getting your team liveries just right, or signing that driver you've always wanted. Not to mention, of course, checking out the photos you're taking in Photo Mode every step of the way!
F1® 2020's My Team gives you the tools to create your own F1® team and compete as the 11th team on the grid. You take on the role of a driver manager, tasked not only with competing on track for race weekends, but making key decisions off the track. As we alluded to earlier, you can design your car, customise your character, choose your team name, primary sponsor, and Power Unit before picking a Formula 2™ team-mate. Once complete, you’ll head to Australia for the opening race of the season.
If you're loading up F1® 2020 for the first time, and need some tips and tricks, we're here to help! Switch on the new casual handling mode and off-track surfaces like gravel traps and grass will be easier to drive over. There’s also a steering assist that nudges you onto the racing line and a braking assist that helps in slowing you down in time for each corner. Seasoned player? The full sim experience is still available and as challenging as ever!
