Purchased or rewarded cargoes have no owner. Any character can open it.

Bug fixes

Fixed crash of the game client when opening a cargo by characters with access to the settlement.
Fixed a bug that led to incorrect display of flight altitude in the Altimeter when the altitude module is installed.
