■ Irregularities reported in SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays STEAM® version.

We would like to address the irregularities reported occurring in SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays STEAM® version on 27th November 2019, 3:00 pm / 28th November 2019, 12:00 am.
Currently, the bugs have been fixed with an update patch. Please restart the STEAM® Client for the update.

■ Irregularity occurrence

Time of occurrence
27th November 2019, 3:00 pm-5:40 pm
28th November 2019, 12:00 am-2:40 pm
In the STEAM version, the following irregularities are confirmed and fixed.
- Damage value is not reflected properly. Abnormal damage value is shown.
- Game crashes when viewing profiles.
- Configuration settings are not reflected correctly.
- Other improvements in operational stability.

■ Solution

An update patch was released at on 27th November 2019, 5:40 pm / 28th November 2019, 2:40 am to prevent the irregularities mentioned above from occurring.
In the case of irregularity occurrence mentioned above, please restart the STEAM Client to apply the update patch.
