You should be able to jump on cars and also fixed some translation issues, let us know if you have any text related issue, it might be translation and we need to fix it

To unlock hard-mode you need to beat the game. It is really hard very very hard try to beat it and let me know new achievement also for it ;) ALSO: We added for some of you guys a way to have the game always saving. We don't consider this the intended way to play the game, but this way you can experience the story.
