Hello Commanders,v0.1.84 is a significant quality-of-life release focused on the diplomatic interface, economic strategy, and critical stability fixes across multiplayer and fleet systems. Here's what's new:
The left-side diplomacy panel now features a clean tabbed layout, letting you switch between diplomatic action categories without cluttering the interface. Information density is higher, navigation is faster.
Economic Warfare actions have been fully polished with clearer cost breakdowns and targeted tooltips explaining each sanction's specific impact.
Debt Trap Proposals are now dynamic — proposal terms adapt based on the target country's economic vulnerability, making negotiations feel more strategic and meaningful.
Color-coded grouped tooltips visually distinguish diplomatic action categories at a glance (economic pressure, military, political influence, etc.).
Debt Trap rejection messages are now localized across all 12 supported languages, with proper grammatical inflection per locale.
Confirmation modals now auto-dismiss tooltips when opened, preventing UI overlap during critical diplomatic decisions.
Weighted partial input throughput now active in the supply chain system — buildings can operate at reduced efficiency even when inputs are partially available, rather than halting completely.
Building resource production output is now clearly visualized and properly wired to stockpile systems, so economic flows are traceable from production to storage.
Removed temporary diagnostics that were cluttering the resource admin panel in internal builds.
Capital Star Marker: Fixed the capital star icon not updating correctly in IL2CPP builds or when loading a save game.
Fleet Guard: Added a safety guard in TryMoveFleetViaCommand to prevent ECB-destroyed fleet index crashes during fleet movement commands.
MP Lobby Country Select: Wired the country selection button in the multiplayer lobby to properly open the CountrySelectController, resolving a long-standing disconnect.
