🔧 Update v0.2.00 — R&D Overhaul, Peace Demobilization & Province Missile Purge!

Hello Commanders!

Welcome to version v0.2.00! This major milestone introduces a complete rebalancing of the technology R&D tree, fully automated post-war demobilization for military forces, and vital gameplay stability updates!

Here is what's new in v0.2.00:

🧬 Complete Technology R&D Overhaul

• Square-Root Progression Model: Rebalanced global research times using a new square-root formula, creating a highly satisfying technological pacing where early upgrades are accessible and late-game projects feel appropriately monumental.

• Grounded Real-World Starting Techs: Added starting technologies to bring nations closer to their real-world capabilities.

• New Tech Icons: Integrated premium new icons for high-tier upgrades like Fusion Power, Superintelligence, Microsatellite Networks, ICBM / SLBM Programs, and Tactical Air Defense.

• Full 12-Language Support: Localization configurations fully updated across all 12 supported languages.

🕊️ Automatic Post-War Peace Demobilization

• Marching Back Home: Military forces (both player and AI) will no longer remain stranded at borders after a war concludes. When peace is signed, all armies will automatically plan routes and march home.

• Teleportation Safe-Pathing: Armies stranded overseas or in regions without a valid land path home will now automatically teleport back to their capital province safely, preventing units from being permanently lost in isolated territory.

🚀 Active Missile Clean-up on Province Transfer

• ownership Transfer Purge: When a province changes hands (via conquest or peace deal treaties), any active or incoming tactical missiles assigned to that province are now instantly destroyed and cleaned up. This prevents "ghost impacts" from flying into friendly territory after treaties are signed.

đź’» Stale World UI Protection

• butter-Smooth UI Transitions: Hardened all UI overlay controllers (Victory conditions, Missile impact handlers, and merge systems) to immediately detect and adapt when a game world is re-created, eliminating transient glitches during scenario transitions.
