The main change is to how effort works with the Substrate maker and Access Servers.
Changes:
- Overhead lockers now give Obtainium
- A crash bug with the Consolidator is fixed
- Access servers have screens now to show progress
- some refactors to prepare for the next step
- Recyclers need Fixture Removal now not Machine Modification
