Update 1.4.5

• when choosing new file, last opened folder is remembered
• fixed crash that appeared when cmd window is opened and app is clicked
• video now has highest reachable HD quality and different audio encoder
• some bug fixes

It is christmas soon so I will try to do a new update till then with options you requested. Of curse it is not possible to include all of them, but I'll look into some. In winter I sadly don't have much time for programming because of school and stuff, so let's see how much can be done.

I hope you'll all enjoy the christmas time :D
