Greetings Comrades!
Just a small patch:
changed the filter behavior to filter based on buildings current output instead of potential outputs
Filters reset when closing the personnel folder menu
Fixes building menu icons not updating on output changes
Added a feedback button into main menu to encourage giving feedback
