Lazer Traps

Added a new special weapon to the game.

The Lazer Traps special weapon will deploy pairs of spheres from your ship in random directions. After some distance the sphere pairs will connect a lazer beam between them that will damage any enemy passing through the beam. The spheres will retract after approximately 20 seconds.
