War Room Football V1.2.4 is Live — The History Update
This update delivers one of the most-requested features: full league history. The league now retains a complete record of everything that happens across your franchise's lifetime. Alongside it, the Blitz feed has been significantly expanded, and a wide range of gameplay and UI fixes are included.
League History & Stat Tracking
The History page has been rebuilt to preserve the full record of your league:
- Seasons — a one-page recap of any completed season: champion, award winners, final standings, playoff bracket, and statistical leaders.
- Team Index — every franchise ranked by titles, division crowns, playoff wins, and win percentage, with drill-down into year-by-year stats, full gamelogs, and head-to-head records.
- Coach Index — all-time coaching rankings by legacy, wins, titles, and Coach of the Year awards, with retired coaches marked accordingly.
- Leaders — all-time career and single-season leaderboards for every statistic, plus a Progressive view charting how each league record has climbed season by season. QB Wins is now its own category.
- Hall of Fame — a new plaques/list toggle, plus a configurable induction threshold for both players and coaches.
Player and coach profiles have been extended as well:
- Records Held and Led League markers now appear directly on the season log.
- Playoff statistics are tracked and displayed separately from the regular season.
- Coach profiles include a staff evolution view showing how their coordinators have changed over time.
- Playoff box scores are retained permanently and can be reopened from any prior season.
Please note: existing save files will not have retroactive history for the newly tracked stats. This data is recorded going forward only, beginning with this update.
Blitz Feed Expansion
- 20+ new post types, including award-ceremony reactions (MVP/DPOY/OROY/DROY/COY), Hall of Fame inductions, a player's first career touchdown, injury-crisis weeks, season openers, defensive standout performances, red-zone and third-down narratives, career milestones, all-time record breaks, fan celebrations, and Championship MVP posts.
- Improved trade coverage — reactions now account for division-rival trades, reunions with a former team, QB acquisitions, and pick-for-player deals.
Gameplay & Engine Fixes
- Sharper 4th-down AI — improved go-for-it, punt, and field-goal decisions across the field, with more reliable late-game logic when trailing.
- Improved 2-point conversion logic
- Game lag and sim speed improved during very long term saves.
- Numerous additional community-reported bugs resolved.
UI & Quality-of-Life
- Hall of Fame filters now split defense into individual positions (DE/DT/ILB/OLB/CB/S).
- Added a stepper control for setting the Hall of Fame threshold.
- Additional minor UI refinements.
