Local multiplayer added!

We've added local multiplayer to MINIRugby, either with 2 controllers or with 1 controller and 1 keyboard/mouse combo.

We've also enhanced the season by adding personalised players - you can now name them and track their season stats (tries scored, defenders beaten etc).

Finally there are some general gameplay improvements to the A.I. and kicking mechanics, as well as some small tweaks to other elements of the game.
