Demo Hotfix #2

Thanks to everyone testing the demo and sending feedback - here's what's new in today's update:

Fixes

• Fixed farm outline before buying it

• Fixed Tier 2 seed dialog order

• Improved seed particles pulled to the Seedbox chest

• Inversed panning in the Skill Tree for controller only

• Few typo fixes
