+ Updated vehicle welding functionality. Welding tools can be purchased from NPCs near the spawn point.
- Removed existing weapon slots; all weapons will now be installed via welding. (This will delete your previous weapons!)
+ Optimized some production materials and time, and fixed several bugs.
