Another Patch! Whoo!

Saw some comments about some things so I thought I'd try to clean them up a smidge.

  • Upgraded to Godot 4.6 (Better Performance hopefully)

  • Upgraded the max FPS to 1000

  • Added support for D pad movement on controllers

  • Added better navigation of options menu with controller

I'll keep updating small things as I can in preparation for the big update next month.
