The new update for 86 is available now! This is our biggest update yet, bringing a few new big features as well as a few smaller improvements. We discussed the big changes back in our November update, but here's a recap as well as a list of the other changes in this update!
Sluggle can now sprint! Holding the Sprint button (Left Shift on keyboard, Y on Xbox controller by default) allows you to move at double the speed, which will help you get across large areas where precision isn't needed, and give you more time to solve the more intricate puzzles further away from the starting area. But if you're going for the speedrun achievements, you'll still have to complete the winning run without sprinting at all!
You can now find the Statistics button hanging out on the main menu. Hit it to look at how many Sluggles you've led to their deaths, or (a much smaller number) their victory. You can also see your best times with and without sprinting, and how many rooms you've explored in total. It will even show your progress towards the hidden achievements... technically.
If you've made a custom translation, there are also a few new phrases that can be added; check the Text.mbt file in the game folder to see what's new.
That's all for now - be sure to let us know if you find any bugs, and get in touch if there's any features you want to see in future updates!
