1. Added a function that will auto start a match with bots if a room is open to long with no players
-This may also change game types to a suitable game mode that bots can play.
2. Bots can now use teleporters.
-This change also comes with some general bot upgrades and logic.
-This should help the bots not fall through the floor or get stuck.
3. Added outlines to help players identify friend or foe.
-In team play mode the outline will match the teams color.
-if no team color is available the outline will be red.
-This should help in low light scenarios and fit the futuristic tech vibe.
