Festoon Player Update 2.3

Hi all

This is the first update to Festoon player to 2.3, partly driven by user feedback and partly driven by general updates. Here is a list of the updates since the first release.

• Explorer remembers previous location between sessions.
• Added 180/360 degree FOV for equirectangular environment.
• Added 180/360 equirectangular options for the dome environment.
• Added tilt options for equirectangular videos in Dome and Equirectangular environments.
• Added media rotation options for fisheye in dome environment.

Festoon is in it's early stage of release and we very much appreciate feedback from the users to help improve it.
