Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug where 'gold' achievements were unlocking with difficulty modifiers turned on
- Fixed a bug where turning "Smooth" off and on distorted text.
- Fixed a bug where swapping fullscreen and windowed with 'Smooth' resolution option distorted text.
