-Fixed bug that showed available perk points to spend even if the perk tree was already completed.
-Added keyboard icons for better keyboard-only combat.
-Rare boosters now have a special effect.
-Added new particle effects when gathering combat resources.
-Particles are now independent of combat speed.
-Combat text is now independent of combat speed.
-Disable combat animations option now works with the new particle effects too.
-Spinning Kick card is now of Epic Rarity, from Rare.
