🧊 Softlocks & Freezes
- talking to your dog during a tutorial popup could lock your controls. fixed.
- some zone changes left the screen black while the game kept running. fixed.
- a few chats could strand you unable to move. fixed.
- quitting mid pet-race could freeze your controls for good. fixed.
- brushing a villager during a festival dance could freeze them solid. fixed.
- steam deck sleep could confuse the game. fixed.
- anything frozen for 30 seconds while you play now wakes back up on its own.
💾 Your Stuff Is Safer Now
- crafting can't eat your materials if the game closes at the wrong moment.
- story gemstones can't be lost to a glitched cutscene anymore.
- the fig gemstone won't sneak back into the arcade after you bought it.
- a missing gemstone or golden straw at the ogre door comes back on load.
- quest hand-ins can't double-charge you when your items sit in two stacks.
- a save can't drop the items that didn't fit your backpack on load.
- saves poisoned by a bad cutscene heal themselves now.
- the save button won't fire at the two moments it could corrupt a slot.
🎮 Controller
- the d-pad won't eat your food while you're mining anymore.
- quick-eat now shows a popup of exactly what you ate.
- the run button won't make your animals follow you by accident.
- hold run next to an animal when you actually want them tagging along.
✨ Quality of Life
- fixed the washed-out colors in the middle of the day.
- quick start farms now open the old mines on their own by day 6.
- escape now closes your journal like it should.
- the arcade lava coin pusher won't jam mid-eruption anymore.
- your free starter frying pan sells for 1 gold now, not 800.
- your 3 free starter seeds sell for 1 gold too.
- click the title logo to pump it up until it bursts into fireworks.
- click the title trees to shake their leaves loose.
- leaves drift on their own now so the menu feels alive.
- the title menu buttons don't crowd each other anymore.
🌍 Translations
- big cleanup across korean, chinese, russian, ukrainian, bulgarian, greek and thai.
- over a thousand spots where names got mangled into the text are fixed.
- the tutorial cards that were still english in chinese are translated now.
- japanese and chinese punctuation cleaned up game-wide.
