Patch Note 1.01

Hello there,

There has been several minor patches. Here goes the patch note.

*Level design tweaks
Changed level design a bit

Change counter limit from 17 to 20

Change counter limit from 5 to 7

*When controller is enabled, mouse cursor is disabled.

*Puppets move faster vertically.

*Fixed the achievement-not-unlocking bug for some achievements.

Please post any issue or wanted feature on the forum. I'm keeping my eyes on it :)
