Fixed improper rounding shown in the label for the knight's attack speed.
Fixed coins flying to a point behind the intervention button when window is at reduced size.
Fixed coin incrementing too slow on wave complete.
Fixed coin increment sound effect overlapping during extremely lucrative moments.
Fixed tooltip for stamina bar not updating when stamina value changes.
Reduced volume of shield summon sound effect.
Added visual and audio feedback for insufficient coins or mana.
