• Lowered Blizzard's damage to 2 times Wisdom (was 3)

Bugfix

• Getting haircut could cause screen to stay black, this has been fixed
• Talking to Molly again after giving her cocoa had missing voice lines, this has been fixed
• Bath attendant had wrong boolean check and didn't play her voice lines, this has been fixed
• You could walk on a certain specific spot at wall in the Banquet Hall, this has been fixed
• You could see a present that had been claimed in second floor of Roaring Caverns, this has been fixed
• Having haircut DLC active had the voice acting missing when checking out orphanage's money, this has been fixed
• You could interact with a lever from second floor of ice cave to flip it multiple times, this has been fixed
