Driftwatch patch 0.3 - New levels!

General:

• Fireball tutorial added!
• Level 4 Added! Shoot Wyverns with balls of fire!
• Reduced longshot distance from 50 to 40
• Fixed scores not uploading correctly when quitting level instead of dying
• Increased enemy hover platform collider size
