Endless Mode Update

You asked for it, now it's here (fashionably late)!
In this update:

• Added endless mode (unbalanced beyond reason, great for messing around)
• Buffed machine gun (will it finally find love?)
• Added upgrade tracker
• New rat effect (try beating a non-endless run with the carver :D)
• Small bug fixes and qol changes

Sorry that this update took so long to come out, college applications/results and senioritis have been bogging me down. I didn't get as much time to test this, so if you encounter any bugs feel free to create a discussion or email me about it at [email protected]
