Update notes for June 5th

Greetings, tacticians! Another small update to make your playthroughs smoother:

1. Pressing 'Space' when character is selected will set it to 'Defend'
2. Added some gleam to dropped loot
3. Added save game deletion confirmation to prevent accidental save deletes
4. Fixed soft-locking when going through a character standing on loot. Hopefully haven't introduced any new issues with that.

Also, a reminder to leave a steam review. Still need some to reach 10 of those!
