Significant stability fixes, support for HP Reverb G2

Hi everyone! Happy new year!
I hope you all had a great time in the holidays!

This is a patch where we have implemented support for the HP Reverb G2! All of you G2 users can now try Kodon.

Other changes you can expect:

• General improvements to stability.
• Bugfixes and improvements in the Model room.
• An option to allow sculpting while grabbing has been added.
• Improvements on Cut and fixed Resym.
• Some of the file import bugs have been fixed
• Conversion bug fixes

Also, some of our users have been experiencing problems with their controllers. We have made it easier for new controllers to be recognized, as well as made some enhancements on how controllers are being initialized.
In any case, please let us know if you're still having any controller related issues or any other problems you might be experiencing.
