The Sage: Wise leader of the Vithara!
The third and final faction is here! Play as the Vithara tribe led by the wise, old Sage. Amass a pack of dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts to overwhelm opponents with sheer speed and numbers.

Chieftain Bonus: Harmony
Wild Dinosaurs are not aggressive and can be tamed with the Sage’s ability. Shrines can be captured without having to kill nearby dinosaurs. Power is used for various Units, Buildings and Upgrades.
Talents
Tier 1
- Growth: All units and buildings receive +2 Regeneration. Reduces the cost of the Sage’s ability by 10%.
- Eagle’s Blessing: Reduces the cost of Settlement Upgrades by 10%. Go’n Catalysts are 10% cheaper.
Tier 2
- Pack Leader: Infantry and Beast Units receive +5 Armour and +5 Armour Penetration.
- Circle of Life: All units and buildings receive +2 Regeneration. Nereids receive +3 Healing.
Tier 3
- Ascension: All units receive +2 Damage and train 10% faster.
- Preservation: All military units receive +1 Movement Speed and +15% Health.
Powers
- Immortality: Targeted units and buildings become invulnerable but can no longer attack for 10 seconds.
- Shatter: Targeted units receive +10 Armour Penetration for 10 seconds.
- Mending: Targeted units and buildings are healed for 25% of their maximum Health.
- Entangle: Targets an area and covers it in creeping vines for 5 seconds. Enemies walking through the area receive -2 Movement Speed.
- Tornado: Creates a Tornado on the targeted location. Deals 5 to 20 Damage per second for 8 seconds based on proximity to the eye of the storm, with closer units taking less damage.
Buildings
- Settlement: Your home base. Provides 20 population. The Sage and Wisps can be trained here. Wisps construct buildings and gather resources. Serves as a drop-off point for resources.
- Treehouse: Increases your maximum population by 10. Can only grant up to 120 population in total.
- Go’n Garden: Can be worked by up to 3 Wisps to generate Food and Power. Wisps do not require a drop-off point for these resources. Efficiency can be boosted by nearby Go’n Catalysts.
- Resources Well: Serves as a drop-off point for resources and holds economic upgrades.
- Nest: A Dinosaur nest producing various Dinosaur units. Allows training of War Raptors, Dilophosaurus and Ankylosaurus as well as their upgrades.
- Healing Spring: Allows training and upgrading of Nereids and slowly heals nearby units over time.
- Beast Den: A lair of fierce prehistoric mammals. Allows training and upgrading of the Panther and Wooly Mammoth units.
- Guardian Circle: A mystical gathering place for guardians of fauna and flora. Allows training and upgrading of the Dryad and Wendigo units.
- Go’n Smithery: Holds various upgrades for Infantry, Ranged and Beast units.
- Go’n Catalyst: A building that increases the productivity for nearby Go’n Gardens by 20%. Limited to 5 total.
- Crystal Hatchery: A crystal cave that allows production of Crystalline Reptiles which will walk between the Hatchery and the Settlement to produce crystal.
Units
Sage: The leader of the Vithara. Has an active ability that allows him to convert Wild Dinosaurs to his control at the cost of Power equal to the Dinosaur’s current health.Wisp: Worker unit of the Vithara. Gathers resources and morphs into buildings. Building can only be constructed by one Wisp at a time and consumes the Wisp in the process. Trains very quickly.War Raptor: Fast Beast units that attacks quickly with razor sharp claws. Good against Ranged units.Feral Raptor: Upgraded version of the War Raptor, with better attributes. Good against Ranged units.Dilophosaurus: Ranged Beast unit that spits acid projectiles at enemies. Good against Ranged and Infantry Units.Caustic Dilophosaurus: Ranged Beast Unit. Upgraded version of the Dilophosaurus. Ranged attacks deal 50% damage to enemies directly behind the main target. Good against Infantry and Ranged units.Ankylosaurus: Beast unit. Returns 3 Damage on hit and has excellent defense. Good against Ranged units.Sturdy Ankylosaurus: Beast Unit. Upgraded version of the Ankylosaurus. Has an active ability that temporarily boosts Armour even more for a short time. Good against Ranged units.Nereid: Healer Units. Water spirit that heals other units and applies an additional regeneration effect on the target. Cannot Attack.Mystic Nereid: Healer Unit. Upgraded version of the Nereid. Has an active ability that places a whirlpool on the ground, dealing increasing damage over time to enemies within. Cannot attack.Panther: Fast Beast unit. Does minor bonus damage to other Beast Units. Good against Ranged Units.Stalking Panther: Beast Unit: Upgraded version of the Panther. Has an active ability that allows him to leap towards targets, dealing triple damage to the closest one upon landing. Good against Ranged units.Wooly Mammoth: Large Unit. A giant colossus with strong Area of Effect attacks. Good against buildings.Titan Mammoth: Large Unit. Upgraded version of the Wooly Mammoth. Has an even larger Area of Effect attack. Good against buildings.Wendigo: Infantry Unit. Savage spirit that protects the Fauna. Good against Beast Units.Guardian Wendigo: Infantry Unit. Upgraded version of the Wendigo. Takes up less population space. Good against Beast Units.Dryad: Ranged Unit. Guardian spirit of Flora. Good against Infantry units.Dryad Empress: Ranged Unit. Upgraded version of the Dryad with additional Range and Attack Speed. Good against Infantry units.Crystalline Lizard: Trader Unit. Walks back and forth between the Crystal Hatchery and the Settlement to generate crystal. Generates more crystal over larger distances.Gameplay
- The Vithara are now playable, led by the wise old Sage! This faction that relies on overwhelming numbers and speed to defeat their enemies, introducing a completely different and refreshing playstyle for you to enjoy.
Improvements
- The Vithara faction’s units, buildings and upgrades have all been added to the Wiki.
- Active abilities are now displayed in the Wiki for units that have them.
- The Blizzard Elemental has a new and unique joke voiceline. We couldn’t resist…
- The Trade Post and Mining Camp now have sound effects when selected.
- The Main Menu screen has been updated to show all the faction Chieftains.
- The buttons in the Single Player sub-menu have been reordered so new players can find the Tutorial more easily.
- A variety of projectiles have been enhanced to be more clear.
- The new Vithara units have been added to Survival Mode as potential enemies.
Bugs
- Fixed a bug where cutscenes did not play properly on devices running WIndows 7.
- Fixed a bug in the post-game screen where certain parameters weren’t displayed properly.
- Fixed an error in the cutscene subtitles.
- Fixed a brightness issue on Crystals.
- Fixed a bug where observers couldn’t see upgrades when they’re observing as a client.
- Fixed a bug where clients could not see game time.
- Fixed various AI issues that caused them to get stuck or behave incorrectly.
