Hotfix 0.1.15

This hotfix addresses a few issues introduced in the previous update

Changelog

• Iron bars are once again not climbable

• Breaking a pot, collecting its item, then crossing a room no longer causes a hardlock

• Tile objects (ornamental tile) can no longer overlap each other
