It's that time again and with more events like GDLX right around the corner we are here to deliver another small patch update for the demo build of VacuuBot! ✨
Re-authored the icons for cosmetics based on new designs
Re-authored toggle buttons to have clearer icons in Zen menu
Robot now flashes ring light when low on power or when waste compartment is almost full
Level complete card now displays rooms that have 0% cleaned
Level complete card now reports scores for other objects that were collected i.e. bugs, dust bunnies, dirt etc.
Added controls menu to main menu and pause menu where you can see information about
the game controls and their inputs
Improved visuals of the level stars in various screens
Stations now give or take higher amounts on successful quick-time events
Station quick-time events on PC now use letters instead of number keys
Improved "no items" text in the cosmetics menu
Cosmetics screen now displays overall "unlocked / locked" instead of a percentage
Zen modes have been moved to their own dedicated screen in the main menu
Fixed an issue with level progress corrupting from older game saves
Fixed another level save flow issue based on build version
Fixed de-sync issue between score and cleaning percentage
Fixed interface incorrectly reporting cleaning values on different screens
Fixed an issue when settings were opened in pause menu where backing out would skip straight back into the game
And that's all for now! This patch focuses on a lot of quality of life things that we've had reported to us from general feedback; we hope this improves the game for everyone 💖
