Improvement of the performance

1. Fixed a useless loop in the code that causes lagging in the loading.

UI:

1. Change the area of the scrolling the screen by mouse, which will let player more convinient to hover on UI on the edge.

Feature:

1. Add full screen mode selection in option menu(But forget to tranlate, Sorry)
