Improved/Changed/Adjusted:
- Voice Recognition is enabled again.
- FSR is temporarily disabled.
Fixes:
- EXCEPTION_STACK_OVERFLOW crash fixed.
- Tools getting stuck in hiding spots when dropped.
- Bedlam doll spawn location in the cells fixed.
