This update focuses on fixing critical temple issues, overhauling the save system, and improving visual quality throughout the game. We've also added a new loading screen and intro music!
White Shell Collision Fixed - White shells no longer destroy themselves when hitting Harper
Temple Door Corrected - The temple door now opens properly
Shell Visibility Fixed - Shells now display correctly in-game
Menu Cursor Speed Fixed - Menu cursor speed is no longer excessively fast and now responds appropriately
Monkey Cave Behavior Fixed - Monkeys now correctly exit the cave as intended
Intro Loop Fixed - "Press any button" prompt no longer repeats endlessly
Save Data System Overhauled - Each save item is now properly cataloged for better data management
Landscape Remeshed - Improved visuals and geometry to make previously hidden items more discoverable
Temple Water Added - Water features added to the interior of the temple
Temple Lighting Enhanced - Additional lanterns placed throughout the temple interior in Bamboo Heights for better visibility
Custom Loading Screen - New loading screen added when booting up Harper and Lyre
Health and Safety Message - Important health and safety information now displays at startup
Beta Testing Notice - Clear beta testing indicators added to the beginning of the game
Intro Music - Music now plays during the intro sequence for a more engaging start
