Added three new jokers:
- Purple Shirt, which gives X han depending on how few remaining tiles there are for your wait
- Tacos, which gives fu for east tiles (and twice as much in east rounds)
- Debt Note, which allows you to go into debt
Fixed a bug where jokers with persistent effects weren't being cleaned up after selling them
Fixed Impossibility so that it now applies the bonus at a sensible part of the scoring cycle - before it was scaling up correctly but there was nothing before it to multiply
Fixed some issues where certain enemy hands could crash if they couldn't be constructed
Changed the "must kan" boss joker to now only apply to kanning discards
Changed the "can't tsumo" boss joker to give more time to the player
Some other minor balance changes
