Godfist Hotfix 1

a few small hotfixes

• Fixed kick ability not always launching enemies.
• Fixed issue where health skull would not spawn at all on later levels.
• Fixed issue where you could hookshot the mid boss and kill him in the water.
• Fixed hookshot killing the player if you hit water.
• Fixed tutorial at the start telling that escape is for leveling up when it's actually tab.
