Fixes several issues relating to combat in multiplayer, mainly:
- Fixed missiles launched from a LAUNCHER not synchronizing properly in multiplayer
- Fixed missiles not exploding correctly in multiplayer
- Fixed RADAR block not functioning correctly in multiplayer
