TY2 Build r2941_v079 released on EXPERIMENTAL

Hi all,

This is a quick update - mostly to sort out the DPI issue on Win7 machines.
It has had limited testing.

CHANGES

• ART: Small fix for North icon on minimap
• AUDIO: Misc sound range and volume changes for various SFX
• CRASH: Fixed DPI dll crash on Win7 machines
• GRAPHICS: Small change to dynamic lighting to remove a hack that was making more intense contrast
