Hotfix 2.47.4: Next Campaign+ Start Issues

2.47.4

• Adjusted the BP01 Cargo Pack to only provide 1 cargo space and added a tier 2 variant that matches the original.
• Added small formatting to various stats to include + and % so the effect of the stats can be better intuited.
• Fixed non-handheld beam weapons not using handedness to remember their last assigned preferences.
• Fixed gamebreaking issues caused by starting Next Campaign+ in a multiplayer session if any player has an ammo using ranged weapon in their cargo.
