This update focuses on fixing several gameplay-related issues.

Fixed an issue where achievements were not unlocking.
Missing achievements will now be properly cleared upon entering the game.
Fixed a bug where some NPCs did not speak.
Fixed an issue where merchant NPCs could become frozen.
Fixed an issue where certain seals did not function correctly.
