- Make Ranked and Casual Lobbies have the first deck and level available selected by default
- Make name change also change ongoing tournament's records.
- Fix bug that prevented rewards from arriving in ranked after a month reset fix players had already aquired that resource before.
- Fix resolution issue in card gifts for odd resolutions
