A proper loading screen and faster startup

Freakopoly now opens straight onto a loading screen instead of a dark window and an empty board.

- The closed game box now appears almost as soon as you launch the game, in your chosen theme, and lifts away when the table is ready.
- Startup is a little faster.
- Fixed a white flash and flicker while the game window opened.
- If something goes wrong during startup, the game now shows an error message or keeps the table available, instead of leaving you on an empty board.

If you don't use the Original theme, the loading screen may show Original the first time you launch after this update. It will match your theme after that.
