Hello, everyone!
Time flies! It's been a full year since Miino officially arrived on Steam—and even longer if we count the early demo and playtest! 🐱
To celebrate this special milestone, we've prepared a little anniversary gift for everyone: a Commemorative Trophy, new Headgear and room decorations, along with plenty of quality-of-life improvements.
V1.0.53 also introduces a new microphone-responsive mouth animation! When enabled, Miino's mouth will move along with your voice as you use your microphone, making your little desktop companion feel even more lively. This feature was inspired by a player's suggestion, so thank you for helping us bring the idea to life!

- Added a special anniversary Cat Code that unlocks the Commemorative Trophy!

Go to Settings → MeowCode and enter the code to claim your Commemorative Trophy!
- Added 8 new Headgear items.
- Added 7 new room decorations.
- Added microphone-responsive mouth animation for Miino. When enabled, Miino's mouth will move in response to your voice while you're using your microphone.
- This feature can be enabled or disabled in Settings.
- Added a setting to automatically bring decorations to the front when clicked.
- Room and desktop decorations now support Undo (Ctrl + Z) and Redo (Ctrl + Y).
- Added 8 color memory slots to the palette in Custom Coloring.
- Custom Coloring now supports picking colors directly from your screen using an eyedropper tool.
- The To-do List now supports sorting tasks by due date.
- Unsent text in the Feedback window is now saved automatically when you close it, so you won't have to type everything again the next time you open it.
- You can now press Enter to confirm a code in the Cat Code window.
- You can now press Ctrl + Enter to submit feedback.
- You can now use Tab to switch between tabs in Settings.
- The Music Player now supports M4A files on both Windows and macOS.
- Added a button to switch back to the default state in the Cat Preset Set screen.
- When Custom Cat Thoughts are enabled, you can now choose to mix them with the game's original Cat Thoughts.
- Fixed an issue where using the numeric keypad during the second round of Sudoku could unintentionally modify the puzzle itself.
- Fixed an issue where imported music files could not be played if their file paths contained a # character.
- Fixed an issue where the scale in Mini Mode could reset automatically.
- Fixed an issue where a Fishing Room could incorrectly display a Study Room name after the room host changed.
- Fixed an issue where the displayed shortcut for Desktop Pet Mode was not updated correctly.
- Fixed an issue where White Noise preset volumes could reset after exiting fullscreen mode.
- Fixed an issue where Cat Bus and Desktop Pet Mode would still snap to the taskbar even after taskbar snapping had been disabled.
- Fixed an issue in Minesweeper where diagonally adjacent cells were not automatically revealed when opening an empty cell.
