Small update: mouse sensitivity and the lobby

Two fixes from your reports.

- Mouse sensitivity goes much lower. If the view turned too fast even with the slider all the way down, it can now go about five times slower, and a little faster at the top. Your current setting feels exactly the same: only the range around it is new.
- The lobby speaks plainly. The line under the lobby status showed formatting text instead of words. It now says which of the host's saved runs you're playing and which shift it's on.
