Tweaked Heat unlock post-game item
Added a post-game item for unlocking Chill
No-patience-reset on queues no longer prevents the queue from gaining patience from other places (such as customers entering the restaurant)
You now get a free Chili after beating Heat 5 and 10 if you don't have one (or two at Heat 10) already
Heat progress in the lobby now shows your current beaten Heat level rather than the highest you can play
Heat progress is now tracked correctly up to Heat 14
Updated text on Elephant Queues to match new behaviour
Fixed queue patience alert when inactive
Fixed a case where some garage items weren't tracked and could move/disappear
