Chapter Three of The Thistle and the Flower has been released!

Hello everyone,I'm writing a post to let you know that I've released the long-awaited (well, by some people, maybe) third chapter of my r18 BL visual novel, The Thistle and the Flower. Yay clap clap clapThe third chapter is more of the same, with a lot of pretty art and some fun Scenarios the characters get involved in. This chapter takes place during the winter, so I thought it made sense to release it near the end of the year while it's a little chilly.I think the muted colours in the new backgrounds look very pretty, and I'm in love with the new art. I hope you'll enjoy it too!The third chapter is a little longer than the second, clocking in at around 70,000 words or so. The story all told is now about 200k, which is fun. I'm surprised a project like this wound up so long but I'm happy with it!I think the third chapter is quite conclusive and brings an end to this story quite nicely, so I was originally planning to end the VN there... Buuuuut I really liked writing this series, so i wound up writing a fourth chapter earlier this year because I can't help myself lolI'm not actually sure if I'll do anything with the fourth chapter, since this VN is probably never going to make a profit (it has not sold very well and will probably never recoup production costs). I think chapter three concludes the story well enough anyway that the fourth chapter isn't really needed, but if this VN magically starts selling more copies then I might consider making chapter four a reality too.If not (which seems more likely), I probably won't adapt it, and the VN will end here. I'm still satisfied with it, in any case, and I hope you'll all enjoy the third chapter too.Thank you to everybody who stuck by me for this story, and everybody who took the time to check it out!
