You must update your client to log in. If you're playing when the server restarts, you don't have to do anything: the game updates itself and logs you back in. Otherwise, close the game, open the launcher and press PLAY. On Steam the update is automatic.

This one hands a decision to the Guildmaster and draws a few clear lines around character power. Guilds now choose who gives out the hunting and raid ranks, the Majestic window tells you exactly how many stat points you have left to move, and Thaddeus has a new price list.

New

Guild ranks, your call: Guildmasters can now let Veterans grant and remove the Huntmaster and Raidmaster ranks, from the new Ranks tab of the guild menu. Out of the box it stays with the Guildmaster and the Captains. Every member can see the guild's choice there, along with what each rank can do; only the Guildmaster can change it.

Improved

Majestic window: before you confirm, it shows how many stat points you can still move and when more come back.

Talent sheet: Fencing, Axe, Hammer and Archery now tell you from which step the weapon strikes several enemies at once, and that Warrior's Tenacity is x1.5 while you wield it. The Warrior's Tenacity icon on the buff bar shows x1.5 or x2.5 to match the weapon in your hand.

Changed

Stat changes: Majestics are now the way to move stat points, up to 200 points per character in any 30-day window. A build is something you commit to, not something that turns from mage into warrior overnight. The Stat Change Ticket is no longer sold in the Coin Shop; tickets you already own still work.

Reputation: it is no longer sold anywhere, neither by Thaddeus nor in the Coin Shop. Reputation feeds the Kloness talent, and power is not for sale. The reputation you already have stays where it is.

Thaddeus, the Event Officer: the Unlearn Talent Ticket goes from 280 to 250 Event Tokens. The rest of his shelf now costs, in Event Tokens: Fragile Sword of Ice Elemental and Fragile Kloness Blade 560 · Fragile Xelima Rapier 750 · Fragile Xelima Blade 760 · Fragile Kloness Esterk 890 · Fragile Stormbringer 920 · Fragile Merien Shield 1,100 · Fragile Sword of Medusa, Fragile Kloness Axe and Fragile Xelima Axe 1,865 · Fragile Kloness Wand (MS20) and Fragile Void Staff (MS10) 2,100 · Fragile The Devastator, Fragile Dark Elf's Bow, Fragile Berserk Wand (MS20), Fragile Void Staff (MS20) and Charge Wand of Cancellation 2,500. The Stone of Merien, the Stone of Xelima and the Founder's Cape Catalyst keep their prices.

Warrior's Tenacity: it is there to help warriors keep pace with mages, not to put some weapons ahead of others. Weapons that already strike several enemies at once (Archery from level 25, Fencing and Axe from level 55, Hammer once it gains Colossus Slam) now earn x1.5 monster experience while you wield them; Short Sword and Long Sword keep x2.5. A monster that took more than 20% of its health from those weapons pays x1.5 to every warrior.

Mass Confusion: it now breaks on any magic damage, and the Dazed potion lock goes with it. The spell opens a fight instead of locking a target down for its whole duration. Confusion, the single-target spell, works as before.

Quests: a quest now asks for its minimum level when you hand it in, the same as when you accept it, and your rebirths count toward it. A finished quest keeps its slot until you're back at that level.

Merien's Shield and the Invincible Slate: they no longer keep you safe if you log out in the middle of a fight. Whatever time was left on the Slate is still there when you log back in.
